Paradigm shift from growth to well-being

The Well-Being Coach program is divided into different modules. The first module comprises the paradigm shift that is currently taking place. We are in the transition from a growth paradigm to a feel-good paradigm.

We look at the challenges this change poses for our society, our living and working conditions, for us as individuals and organizations, for our health, our body and mind, and for our relationships.

Change, well-being, motivational psychology

This module offers insights into what research and practice can teach us about designing a constructive, stimulating work environment.

Relationships, group dynamics and evolutionary psychology

What are the psychological and neurological mechanisms behind our relationship dynamics? How can we better recognize and understand our unconscious relationship behavior and how can we use this knowledge proactively to create well-being, joy and a really great working environment?

Stress - causes, prevention and healing

What is stress and what are some of the sustainable solutions for individuals, organizations and society? Does it make sense to continue using known solutions, or is it time for us to look for solutions to prevent and manage stress within the well-being paradigm? We take a close look at the causes of stress, stressful conditions and symptoms and solutions for preventing and coping with stress and burnout.

Resilience, biochemistry, nutrition, lifestyle, joy

No chain is stronger than its weakest link. As a rule, we are good at helping others, taking care of them and making sure that our employees and family members are doing well.

We often tend to forget our own needs. However, it is worth paying attention to the airline's safety instructions: in the event of a sudden drop in cabin pressure, it is important that we put on our own oxygen mask before helping others. Otherwise we cannot help anyone, not even ourselves.

In this module we learn in a detailed and humorous way how we can create more resilience, well-being and quality of life by combining our knowledge of brain functions, psychological factors and the effects of diet and exercise.

Change psychology and unconscious assumptions

Both the individual and the well-being of the relationship is shaped to a large extent by our view of things and how we deal with them.

These so-called basic assumptions often represent a major obstacle to innovation and well-being. Not because we reject changes, but because we do not know what we are doing.

If we become aware of these assumptions and beliefs, we will be in a much better position to become conscious co-creators who act from the perspective of wellbeing. We are intrinsically motivated to take responsibility for ourselves and for each other.

The whole brain - multiple intelligences

If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its entire life believing that it is stupid "(Albert Einstein). If you were to judge it by its ability to swim in the water, he would have an experience of mastery.

How can we use the knowledge of multiple intelligences to create a work environment in which more people experience experiences of mastery and thus of independence and self-motivation for well-being?

The fruit-tree strategy: GIVING while growing, and the leadership paradigm of the future

This module deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of how we learn sustainable leadership from the body and nature and how we can create more well-being and sense in our daily practice.

We are inspired by how nature and the body have survived for thousands of years and have adapted in terms of communication, cooperation, knowledge and information exchange.

Mindfulness, exercise / yoga, increased body awareness

In this module we learn how we can strengthen our nervous system and our resilience through mindfulness and how we can integrate simple mindfulness and yoga exercises into our everyday work. This lays the foundation for a positive work environment and an overall good quality of life.
