Individual coaching
 

In individual coaching, the coachee can view the situation from different perspectives, develop new options for action and competencies, and thereby receive support for stressful situations. Resources and solution orientation are strengthened. Motivation and willingness to change increase, and awareness of one's own actions is increased.

 

If there are signs of stress and heavy stress, the coaching focuses on the management of the energy balance, new external and internal strategies to deal with stressful factors and on various relaxation methods and mindfulness exercises.

 

Methods & procedure
  • Development of goals of the desired future and changes

Location and language

The coaching sessions can take place on the premises of the Resilience Center Switzerland or at another location by arrangement. A personal meeting is recommended for the first session. Follow-up sessions can also be held by phone or online. Coachings can be offered in German, English and French.

 

procedure

After getting to know each other (in person or by phone) there is a first meeting. After that, a decision is made about how to proceed. The client can interrupt or end the process at any time.

 

confidentiality

In order to build a trusting coaching relationship, the content of the coaching sessions is fundamentally confidential and will not be passed on to the employer. Depending on the situation and with the consent of the coachee, it may make sense for additional meetings to be held with superiors or the employer.

 

Duration

The coaching session usually lasts 1 to 1.5 hours. For the first session it is worth a little more time 1.5 - 2 hours.

 

 

 

Team coaching

 

Rough concept and methodical approach


I. Order clarification and preliminary discussion
The team process starts with a preliminary discussion with the client. This order clarification is intended to outline the initial situation as well as the direction of the desired development and changes. Depending on the situation, we recommend additional short interviews with team members and other stakeholders.

In terms of content, the topics can be classified according to the 3 team poles.

  1. Knowledge, skills, vision, strategy, goals and values

  2. Relationship, togetherness, communication, trust and belonging

  3. Order, effective structures, processes and rules


II. Preparation of participants: For attunement and self-reflection, the participants receive a few preparation questions to deal with the various team issues in advance. Time required 15 to 30 minutes

III. Team development process: The measures for the team development process are designed and carried out for the individual customer situation. They are used to solve complex situations in a team and to use the available energies for sustainable further development.

IV. Follow-up and debriefing with leadership and possibly team
A few weeks after the measures, there is a debriefing (at least by telephone) with the tour. The aim is to reflect on observed changes and to ensure sustainability and any further measures.
