GTC - GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Scope of services

1.1 The scope of services is determined according to the oral or written contract.

 

1.2 In the order, the time required and the time at which the service is rendered are bindingly defined on both sides as far as possible and sensibly.

 

1.3 The order extends over the duration of the cooperation and remains until further notice.

 

1.4 A first interview is free of charge, unless the first interview already contains concrete procedural descriptions, concepts and other solutions that the customer can use directly as a basis for work, regardless of the involvement of Resilience Center Switzerland. All other activities are part of the order and will be invoiced.

 

2. Service provision

2.1 The Resilience Center Switzerland is not responsible for delays in the provision of services that are caused by the client or are outside the sphere of influence of the Resilience Center Switzerland.

 

2.2 The Resilience Center Switzerland will inform the client immediately if there are delays on its side which may affect the intended execution of the order.

 

2.3 If the defined course instructor fails for reasons that are not his own fault, the Resilience Center Switzerland will ensure a qualified replacement as far as possible.

If no replacement can step in at short notice, the Resilience Center Switzerland is neither liable for costs nor compensation. The customer can make a new appointment where the agreed service can be performed. If the customer wishes to forego the agreed service due to this situation, the customer can withdraw from the agreement. In this case, only the work done so far will be charged.

 

3. Cancellation

3.1 Work-in and coaching appointments can be canceled or postponed free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Then the full price will be charged.

 

3.2 If bookings are canceled up to 30 calendar days before the date, there are no fees. If the appointment is canceled between 21 and 29 calendar days before the start, 25% of the costs will be incurred. If the appointment is canceled between 11 - 20 calendar days, 50% of the costs will be incurred. 100% of the price is due from 10 days before the appointment.

 

4. Payment

4.1 The basis for the fee structure is the service rendered and the offer on which the order is placed. The invoices are payable net within 20 days of receipt.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 The Resilience Center Switzerland works according to fiduciary principles. All information received in the context of the business relationship will be treated as strictly confidential.

 

5.2 For its part, the client undertakes not to pass on information and documents from the Resilience Center Switzerland directly or indirectly to third parties and to observe the copyright of the texts.

 

6. Place of jurisdiction

6.1 Place of jurisdiction for legal disputes is Basel.
