The stand-up animal is a symbol of resilience

Depending on how the "button" of the stand-up animal is pressed, it changes its posture.  It is flexible and constantly takes up a new position. Depending on how the button is pressed, it either hangs its head or is forced into its knees. Thanks to the concealed spring, the stand-up animal always straightens up again.

 

It is similar in our daily work and in our lives: we usually manage to cope very well with the different requirements, react flexibly and find our way back to a powerful position. But there are also times when the "push of a button" lasts longer because of the many challenges, when the spring doesn't work quite as quickly and when it's not easy to straighten up again.

 

Resilient people can deal with stress in such a way that they find their inner balance again after the phases of tension and recover more quickly from crises.
